Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas Mivara delivers all over Pakistan — every city, every town, every area. No location is too far. If you're unsure about delivery to your area, WhatsApp us at 0307-5707259 before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframe

• Lahore: 1–3 working days
• Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 3–4 working days
• All other cities: 4–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000
• For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat delivery charge applies and will be shown at checkout

Order Processing Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking details. You can also contact us directly on WhatsApp at 0307-5707259 with your order number for real-time updates.

Packaging All Mivara orders are shipped in plain, sealed packaging. There is no brand name, product name, or imagery visible on the outside of the parcel. Your privacy is fully protected.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available all over Pakistan. Please ensure you or a trusted person is available to receive the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery. Repeated refusals of COD orders from the same address may result in advance payment being required for future orders.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try again or contact you. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated non-availability, re-shipping charges will apply.
