Our Commitment At Mivara, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it better.

Exchange Policy We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or a defective product, we will exchange it at no additional cost to you.

Conditions for Exchange To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags must be intact and attached
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or screenshot) must be provided

How to Request an Exchange

  1. WhatsApp us at 0307-5707259 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and the reason for exchange
  3. Send clear photos of the item if it is defective or incorrect
  4. Our team will confirm your exchange request within 24 hours
  5. Ship the item back to us — we will share the return address via WhatsApp
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days

Shipping Charges on Exchange

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product) — we cover all shipping costs
  • If the exchange is due to a size change or personal preference — return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please WhatsApp us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
  • Items where the exchange request is raised after 7 days of delivery

Refund Policy We do not offer cash refunds except in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to fulfill your exchange request due to stock unavailability
  • You received a defective item and a replacement is not available

In such cases, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit, at your preference. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

COD Orders For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via JazzCash or EasyPaisa to the number provided at the time of order.
